L.A. improv at its finest.
Ive had the privilege of teaching, and performing with Monkey butler for over two year now, and I absolutely love it! I had the opportunity to go to England to set up a monkey butler there. And taught improvisation workshops through out Europe. MBUK is growing and thriving in beautiful and wonderful ways. I’m very much looking forward of what is ahead.
At the beginning of this up and coming new year, I hope to come back to LA to do my part to further this improv movement.

I have been in Sheffield for four weeks now. MB Sheffield has been going good. People are busy here. I feel like while I go away to Spain for the next 7 weeks, someone will need to take the lead here if MB is going to stay alive. Students at the University of Sheffield are excited that they will have Improv to do over the summer, I just want to give them a plat form, I’d hate for them not to have a place to do improv over the summer. I leave the 14th of this month.

Last night I did a musical improv with one of the edge students here in Altea Spain. It was beautiful! During our performance the sound of fireworks went off, and the fireworks became an intricate part of our scene. A small detail that added to the richness of the scene, we couldn’t ignore the sound, it was part of our show. Instead we embraced it and made the performance all the more rich.
Havi performed along with me, it was here first time ever performing Musical improv, and we worked through it together. I’m very proud of her performance. She did a great job listening and incorporating our suggestions.
Great Variety show last night!
